Frequently asked questions
Does the other person need to install an app?
No. The card opens in the phone’s browser via QR or NFC; the link is permanent.
What if details change after the card is printed?
You update the content in the panel; since the link and QR don’t change, the card keeps working as is.
How is it used at trade fairs?
A visitor’s business card is scanned with the app, saved to the directory and an intro e-mail is sent automatically; at the end of the fair the report reaches the manager. No need for the organiser’s visitor-scanning fee.
Where is our data kept?
Separate setup and database for each company; explicit consent and approval records and role-based access.
Which languages does it support?
The panel and cards are in Turkish and English; the export team’s cards can be set to open in English.
