Personal data processed

Identity and contact: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number. Request content: the service you are interested in and your message. Transaction security: submission time and IP address (to prevent abuse and spam). Usage data: anonymised site statistics, only if you give cookie consent.

How data is collected

Your personal data is collected electronically or verbally through the contact form on our website, e-mail, phone and face-to-face meetings.

Purposes of processing

Responding to your request, preparing and sending proposals, conducting pre-contract discussions and the business relationship, planning the service process, fulfilling legal obligations and keeping the site secure.

Legal grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the Law on the grounds that it is (c) directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, (ç) necessary to fulfil our legal obligations and (f) necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Non-essential analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your data may be transferred only to the extent necessary to provide the service, to our hosting, e-mail and security service providers and, upon request, to authorised public authorities. Some of these providers may have servers abroad; in that case the transfer is made in accordance with Article 9 of the Law. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods set by law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights under Article 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met, to request that these actions be notified to the recipients, to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to apply

You can send requests regarding your rights in writing to our address above, together with information verifying your identity, or by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature or the e-mail address registered with us to [email protected]. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
